Welcome to LastBite! Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms“) carefully before using the LastBite web app (“Service“). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

LastBite connects users with local stores offering discounted products to help reduce food waste. We provide a platform for users to discover, browse, and purchase surplus food items at reduced prices.

3. No Association with Stores

LastBite is an independent platform and is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with any of the stores listed on our Service. The names, trademarks, and brands of the stores featured on our Service are the property of their respective owners.

4. Product Responsibility

LastBite does not own or sell any products. All products displayed on the Service are offered by third-party stores. LastBite is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or availability of the products listed. Any issues or concerns regarding the products should be directed to the respective store from which the product was purchased.

5. Product Availability

LastBite does not guarantee the availability of any products listed on the Service. Product availability is subject to change without notice. We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but we make no representations or warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or availability of the products or the Service.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that might harm, disrupt, or impair the functioning of the Service. You also agree not to engage in any activity that could harm LastBite or its users, including but not limited to:

• The use or inability to use the Service.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service.
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or similar issues transmitted to or through the Service by any third party.
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service.
